Ran one 5k.
Contributed those September miles to help the Running Moms run a mile for every life lost on 9/11. (And we did!) Collectively we ran 3165.5 miles in September. Amazing!
Run at least 1 mile, or log 30 minutes of exercise, each day of October.
Run 50 miles in October.
Run a 5k in under 40 minutes in October.
And do it all with a smile!
