Halloween 5k Race Report
Cold, windy, raining, yuck! Not a bad run for me, of course the rain tampered with the big clock, so I'll have to wait until Wednesday to see what time I had, but I'm thinking between 40 and 42 minutes. I did reasonably well with my 5:1 running/walking interval. I hit mile 1 at 12 minutes (my goal pace) and then slowed down with cold and fatigue. Finished strong thanks to my dear friend Jennifer (she comes back for me after she finishes!) and ran the last .6 of a mile and sprinted a tad at the end to keep someone from passing me.

That is just awesome! Great job today and kuddos to you for doing it in the rain. Your pace is the same as mine...wish my foot was better so I could've ran it as well.
