Its starting to smell like crock pot season!

Tonight was crock pot meal number one for the week. I think this is a Kate recipe, but I can't be sure.

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken


Toss 8 small, boneless, skinless chicken thighs in 3 tablespoons of flour and place in the crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine:
1/3 cup orange marmalade (I used some made by Kate)
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
2 T soy sauce
1 T grated fresh gingerroot
Poor the liquid mixture on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Do not over cook, it will dry out the kitchen.

I served mine with brown rice. Yum!
