Here's a mini-challenge for me. This will take me from Monday, June 20th thru Monday, July 4th. The goal: to lose 4 more pounds!
- Keep up the running. Aiming for 7 mi a week.
- Cross-training is important! Looking at doing yoga, strength training, or the machines at the gym. Aiming for 90 minutes a week.
- Continue eating healthy
