Monday - yoga and 1 mile run
Tuesday - 2+ miles run/strength
Wednesday - yoga
Thursday - 2+ miles run/strength
Friday - rest day/long walk
Saturday - 3+ miles run/strength
Sunday - yoga/abs
Monday - WEIGH IN!
I will do this. And, I already have the next challenge on my mind. Starts July 16th thru Labor Day. Sounds like an awesome challenge!
