Day 11 of the 30 Day Challenge

This morning I started early. I was fortunate enough to have my Dad here visiting, so I got up with Steven and ran while at 6:15. It was really peaceful. The weather was nice, I passed several other runners, and heard Reveille halfway through my run. I ran 3k (a little less than 2 miles) in 22:17. Averaging a 7:15 kilometer, putting me right on the money for a 35 minute 5k in 10 days.
